How long have you been together? Is his crush reciprocated? Is it someone he sees every day? Is she single? I would ask him why he wanted you to know, and if he sees it as a barrier to your relationship.

No. Talking about attractive people is one thing. Crush implies something else. I might tell my wife I find someone attractive but I don’t burden her with info on my crushes.
