How regularly have you seen him over these couple of months/how many dates total? At this point, I'd assume you know something about his life that you could text asking about: how did your big presentation go/how was your weekend with your parents/do you want to see that movie we talked about this weekend?

If I’d dated someone steadily for a couple months and then they went silent for four days with no warning, I’d be concerned for their well-being initially. If I’d sent a couple texts with no response during that time, I wouldn’t want them even if they weren’t ghosting me. It’s considerate to let people know that you are alive.

Just send him a text saying hello and asking about getting together.
