The syringe has clear markings on it. I just use it with the same needle but always wipe it with alcohol napkin before and after, and always store in the fridge. 1 syringe lasts about a week, it's safe to keep in the fridge for this duration once you start using it, according to the manufacturer.

My dose was 1 mcg/kg of body weight. So at 130 pounds, I used 60 mcg. In the 480 mcg vial, this is 8 days per vial. You can call any pharmacy and see what they are charging right now for a 480 mcg vial. There are also 300 mcg vials.

If you used/use Neupogen, what was your daily dose? How much per lbs or kg? Also what was the price? Thank you.
