My ds was invited to a little kid style bowling birthday party for a 15 year old last summer, complete with goody bags. It was a little bit much for a 15 year old to have their mommy plan their party and the guys unfortunately joked about it on the way home. Most guys that age just grab a few good friends and hang out for their birthday. If he’s turning 13, it’s still ok.
Goodie bag sure but if kids were making fun of bowling it's just a bad group of kids. Do they go to mater dei?

Kids are in swim and basketball teams so suspect they’d like to do something different with free time. Pizza & movie is option but am hoping someone has a more interesting idea. In Alexandria but willing to travel and can access military bases.
