Hey, thanks! Good encouragement. I'm on day 5 (day 5!) of being mindful and I'm feeling good. Headaches for a few days (probably from not enough food) so I'm going to be mindful of spreading out my calories a little bit.
Fitbit is telling me that I should be eating <1000 calories a day, so it is limited.
No mindless snacking - got it (no spoonfuls of almond butter!).
No food after 8, no problem.
I think the snacking was a big one for me. Eating regular meals PLUS snacks is unnecessary!
Also, thanks for the tips on HIIT and kettlbells, PP. And protein. I definitely will try to up my protein.
