One of the bars in he time warner center would be nice and have views of the park. Although those can be pretty pricey. What about the bar at the Mandarin Oriental?

Taking my cousin who's never been to NYC at Christmas around on Saturday. We are going to St Patrick's etc and will already be going to Morrell's for a drink near the tree. I was looking for a place to have a drink near Columbus Circle. Holiday/cheerful but not too expensive. Ideas?
