Are you posting outside of the DC area? There are a million plumbing companies around here and none of them can come out today, tomorrow, or Wednesday???

Exactly! Just because one guy can't do it in a week doesn't mean it can't be done. I would be furious if my landlord told me I couldn't take a hot shower for a whole week.
