Never going to happen, if they did they would lose all their credibility. While most people would not endorse nasty & hateful speech, allowing someone to be fired for a nasty parking lot interaction off hours and away from work would undercut all employee protections. Should black people be fired every time they use snowflake, cracker or honky off duty? Of course not so let’s not make all nasty exchanges a captial offense.
I can only assume the father was pretty nasty too before she lost cool and her class. She will be humiliated, that is more than enough for yelling at someone during a parking lot fight.
