Yoga with Adriene on YouTube. There solved your yoga problem.

I would cut out coffee now. Caffeine reduces the chances of implantation because it makes the uterus too acidic. You can actually add it back in after the implantation window.

OP here, thanks everyone. Makes me feel a lot better! And yeah I will be dropping the drinking after the transfer, but I am going to have the occasional glass of wine until then. Hey, that's almost 3 weeks!

I did a bunch of crap in all my failed transfers. Accupuncture was nice, but really, it was just to de-stress and make me feel like I had some control. None of it was going to make or break it. For the one that worked, with a DE, I had cut back on caffeine and I don't drink much anyway, but didn't at all after. I also flew to California from DC the day before, worked in a hotel room, and took a red eye back the evening after the transfer and worked from home that day. I wasn't super stressed, but I also wasn't relaxed. Most of the "extra" stuff you do is really for emotional/mental purposes anyway, so don't let it drive you crazy or the best part of doing them (or not doing them) is lost.

Relax. Act like you are pregnant. and after the FET, go home and stay in bed or on the couch for 36 hours, i took 3 days off. I remained horizontal for most of it. Ate ice cream and watched TV. You spend a crazy amount of money on to make this happen, netfilx and chill for a couple of days let your body fo the work. Good luck.

Act like you are already pregnant. I'd cut out coffee and drinks.

I did pineapple but not acupuncture. Pineapple was easy, so I thought, why not?
For my first pregnancy, I was very cautious about physical activity throughout the TWW. For my second, I took it easy for the first day and a half post transfer, but then had to do two plus miles of commuting on foot to daycare and work in the summer heat, and all the activity did not hurt the process.
I did give up coffee cold turkey at the beginning of each FET cycle, only phasing it back in during 2nd tri. I have a coffee addiction so I prefer to go through the withdrawal ahead of time.

Didn’t change anything. Holding the results of my first transfer in my arms.

Our RE recommends laughter and nothing else. The rest, IMHO, is superstition and wishful thinking and people trying to control a super expensive and deeply emotionally fraught experience.
I would make sure my Netfliz queue is filled with comedies and leave it at that.

Acupuncture I did, but pineapple I did not. Yoga classes I had to stop because I did a fresh cycle and you can’t do it with stims because of the tube twist risk. Simple legs up the wall and reclining goddess postures are womb warmers (as is acupuncture) and I do believe in that. Cutting down on coffee is good in my opinion. Best of luck to you!

Can you cut out alcohol?

I did not and it worked. Acupuncture or pineapple are not necessary conditions. Whether they help is another question. Personally I found it too stressful to try to fit acu into my life so I dropped it after 1-2 sessions.

OP, I took your approach for my first FET. It stuck. She's almost 3 now.
I know quite a few women who have done FETs, and we run the gamut from going "all in" for everything you find on Google to making absolutely no change to our routines and lifestyles. I honestly don't see where either approach is better or more successful in the long run. You have to do what makes you comfortable.

DOn't change your approach. Just try to be as close to normal as you can be.
Good luck. I did take baby aspirin, FWIW.

I'm about to start my first FET cycle and my general approach had been to do what I normally do to be healthy (eat healthy, exercise regularly) but with a few tweaks (cut back to one cup of coffee a day, minimize drinking, gentler exercise). But now the start date is approaching and I'm Googling too much and seeing all these recommendations about acupuncture and yoga and eating pineapple. I honestly can't stomach the cost of yoga after what we just paid for IVF and I really don't want more stuff on my calendar. I kind of figure it's mostly up to the fates now. I'm not inclined to change my approach since it's based on conversations with my doctor, but I'm wondering if I am alone in being more laid back about this?
