This used to be true, but lots of other top clinics around have adopted the newer technologies and culture media. They're not really better than other top rated clinics when you look at success rates now, but they are still one of the best. If you're a tough case, I think sometimes its luck at finding what will work for you (if anything) before time and possibly $ run out.

If you only have one embryo, day 3 vs day 5 is not that different. But if you have two or more, by day 5 they might tell better than day 3 which one is good.

The only differences is that by extra two days in the dish the embryos have a chance to show true quality.

It's not because "their lab is superior".
