Agree. Either we're misreading this or PPs above are.
Rather than eating two days a week, I would suggest calorie restriction for 3-5 days a week, with lots of protein. Or really, any sort of diet that involves eating rather than starvation. That's unsustainable, obviously, and veering really far into disordered eating territory.
