I don't think anything based on pictures. It's very easy to catch someone in a bad expression as they move their face. I'd need video to see if they were angry or just an off moment.

Yes. Charles also threw William under the bus in his authorized biography letting it spill that his son is "difficult" and hot headed.

There seems to be a lot of drama between the surface.

I'm no Kate stan by any means but I don't think this is bad blood. I'm speculating wildly, but perhaps both of them are grave because (a) the occasion and (b) something is up with Philip's health and they are concerned about QEII state of mind?

I don't know...Camilla looks pretty upset/angry. She's portrayed as the doting grandmother now but that woman has balls of steel.
