14:33, yup! I just put 1T of chia seeds in when I’m adding my other additions.

I've been making a batch of overnight oats on Sunday night and eating it for weekday breakfasts. I add fresh fruit, berries, and nuts in the morning. I use old-fashioned oats for this.

Quaker old-fashioned, soaked in almond milk for 10 minutes, add cinnamon, fruit (fresh or dried) and nuts. I don't eat it every day, but I feel best on the days that start this way.

I do most days. Old fashioned, sometimes cooked and sometimes soaked overnight. I add flax and chia seeds and then add in different stuff depending on what we have on hand.

I do old fashioned, topped with homemade yogurt, syrup, hemp seeds, coconut, cacao nibs, and seasonal fruit (right now pomegranate). If I have nuts I’ll add those, too.

Grew up w/steel cut (my Dad had every single day of his 95 years!) Now I have Quaker Old Fashion-mix of fresh fruit and usually some dried (cherries, apricots or raisins) and maybe 1/2 tsp of maple syrup. 2x week all year. DH has 3-5x /wk

I eat oatmeal every day. I make a big batch on the weekend then put it into mason jars with fruit, plain yogurt, and toppings: chia seeds, cacao, walnuts, pistachios, etc.

Bob’s Red Mill old fashioned oats. Either soaked overnight with milk, peanut butter, and maple syrup; or cooked with water and a pinch of salt then add milk, butter, cinnamon, and sometimes brown sugar.

Been contemplating a different brand because of the summer stories about RoundUp.
I could just sprinkle some chia seeds into my oatmeal?

Yes. Quaker instant - it comes in a tub. I bring it in a little baggie to work and then make it with the hot water from the coffee machine. A few times a week. I put a little butter and cinnamon in my baggie at home, then at work pour a little milk in. I eat a piece of fruit too, and that's my breakfast.
I wish I could have steel cut, because apparently it's healthier (I don't understand how), but I can't find an instant version where I could just add the hot water like I do now.

Quaker, refrigerated overnight with blueberries. Warmed for 1.5 minutes, add a little agave. Yum.

Steel cut. With milk and dried fruit.
Usually only in winter, and then probably 3-4x/week.
