My RE had me start CoQ10, fish oil, and a vitamin D supplement because my levels were low despite the prenatal. She did not want me to start DHEA until we actually made the switch over to prepping for IVF. The other supplements are "can't hurt, might help", but DHEA can actually hurt, so I wouldn't take that unless you're under a doctor's supervision.
