They have a category for 3rd party reproduction (which covers embryo adoption as well as donor egg, surrogacy, etc.): https://www.inspire.com/groups/finding-a-resolution-for-infertility/?section=topic&topic-1704=1. Their search filter is also reasonably good so you can just look for the term "embryo adoption." I just tried that now and got back several thousand results so it looks like there's a good amount of discussion. And it's a really supportive environment, too. Good luck!
