Because CNN provided a more balanced view and gave facts rather than opinion. Buzzfeed was clear, though, that they could not determine this guy's political affiliation. Once I saw them state that outright, the rest was the writer's interpretation.
He identified himself as an “involuntary celibate.” That is a fact. To interpret that he was a misogynist from this and the fact that he shot a yoga studio full of women is another clue.
The assumption here is only republicans can be involuntary celibates and misogynists?
