For DCUM, there is nothing worthwhile north of Montgomery County (Bethesda specifically).

I concur with prior recs of Rivers Hill and Marriott Ridge. You will pay more in these areas accordingly.

I’m trying to decide where to look to buy a house. Commute isn’t really an issue. Kids are pre-elementary, but looking for schools that will work through HS. Everyone on this board raves about HoCo but where in particular should I focus?
