Thanks PP. I now know about the ballot measures. And Jennifer Wexton’s positions. But not Comstock, because she couldn’t be bothered to fill out the League of Women Voters survey and provide information to her constituents. Typical.

I'm flummoxed because I have little understand of municipal financial matters. Is this a good way to pay for things the community needs? Should it be more than $182mil?
