Babybel cheese and string cheese - good on the go, easy portion control.
I eat the low fat babybel because it has fewer calories, and I am not on a high fat diet and they are surpringly filling.
Greek yogurt
Eggs - hard boiled are the most portable option.
More of a meal, but I make chicken salad with greek yogurt instead of mayo and eat it with lettuce wraps.

Canned tuna + cucumber. Tiny bit of mayo mixed in if needed. Even better if you can mix in plain greek yogurt or a plain greek yogurt based dip like this:

I like those turkey stick/cheese stick packets you get in the cheese section. A little salty but fine. Also celery and jalepeno pimento cheese from Costco. A little more high fat then protein though, but damn. So good. Also, with the celery, a little fills you up!

Jerky. I love Think brand, though it's not cheap.

Chobani and Siggis both make low sugar/lower carb Greek yogurt options. Also, eggs, olives, low-fat cheese, rolled up sliced turkey breast, nuts, a bit of peanut butter on apples or celery, hummous and baby carrots

Any tried and true recommendations. I am thinking chicken sausage, hard boiled eggs, etc. Other ideas?
