That's the famous Stuart tiara that hasn't been seen in years.
The Lover's Knot tiara that Kate wears (and Diana wore regularly) is apparently the Queen Mary Lover's Knot. It's often mistakenly called the Cambridge Lover's Knot, on which Queen Mary's was modeled:

In this picture Diana is wearing the same tiera and Kate just makes it look so basic. Definitely agree Diana has more presence and regalness.

This is what Kate and Meghan BOTH don't have IMO...royal-ness. I know Diana had a trashy side but damn did she look good in a gown and a tiara. There are some really famous photographs (that Im sure we have all seen) of her and damn she looks regal! Maxima is amazing too!

LOL Maxima is the Queen of the Netherlands. I don't know why you'd compare her and Meghan when they've never been in the same room. But I think their styles could actually be complimentary.
Maxima, Letizia, and Rania are by far my favorite leading Royal ladies.
