I never had an issue. The biggest thing is it takes longer. And I personally always make sure I'm very certain about whatever I get because I don't want to have to deal with returns.

I've ordered a few times no issues. They are cheaper than US with shipping. I get my child's swimsuits. You don't pay customs/duty, just $5 shipping. I ordered a few weeks ago and got it last week. It does take 2-3 weeks to come. The only difference is for at least swim suits their sizing is different, but luckily I guessed correctly. I'd use them again as I like their stuff.
