They have higher test scores because test scores are 100% correlated with income and these are the wealthiest schools. There is no evidence that they have the best teachers.

Walter Johnson

Notice they all have a W in their name. They are on the West side of the county and tend to have less economic (and therefore racial) diversity than the other schools in the county.
