I did Keto for a month. I didn’t like the diet in general (I missed things like apples and toast), but it really changed my attitude toward sugar in my family’s diet. I realized how much sugar was in a lot of foods I normally ate and decided to restrict it to desserts and candy

. I would rather have some trail mix and a cookie than a granola bar. Or a piece of chocolate with my coffee rather than a shot of hazelnut flavor. I think cutting sugar out completely is no fun, but eating it should always be enjoyable
