It is harder if you don't like meat, but the point of it is to eat about 75%fat/20% protein/5% carbs so a ton of fruit doesn't really fit into that. I typically eat eggs with avocado or a coconut milk protein shake for breakfast, for lunch a giant salad with dark leafy greens, cucumbers, grilled chicken thighs, oil/vinegar, maybe some cheese; dinner is anything from a taco salad to cava to broiled salmon with veggie sides. A few nights of week I have a glass of red wine, some dark chocolate, berries with whipped cream. It doesn't feel restrictive to me, and I find that eating out and social events are easier than when I was calorie counting. I don't crave sweets or even feel that hungry anymore.
Yes, thank you, my cousin says the same thing. I am tempted to try it.....since I notice I need protein (chicken, etc since I do not eat read meat at all) to not feel hungry after a meal.
WW did work for me though....is Keto healthy? I mean all that fat.....in WW, I liked it that you could eat as much veggies and fruits as you liked.
