I did frozen donor egg through SGF.
6 frozen eggs, 5 survived the thaw, all 5 fertilized. Only two made it to blast, both came back PGS normal. The first transfer worked but resulted in a MC. Second embryo is still frozen.

I had three donors (found success on the 3rd donor) and your numbers sound about right. All of my donor were young, and all proven. Sometimes you just get unlucky.
Here's what I remember about mine:

Donor #1: Rec'd maybe 8 eggs? 5 fertilized, 3 made it to blast. Did 1 fresh transfer and 2 FETs. All unsuccessful

Donor #2: Rec'd 8ish eggs? Not sure how many fertilized - may 3? 2 made it to blast; did 1 fresh and 1 FET. All unsuccessful.

Donor #3: Again, 8ish eggs? 4 fertilized, 3 made it to blast. Transferred 2. Successful. 18 months later, 1 FET. Successful.

Sounds like you're right on target. The fact that they all fertilized is great! The rule of thumb is that you can expect about half of the fertilized embryos to reach blast and about half of those to be normal. Obviously, there are variations, but don't be too discouraged by the fact that 2 of the 5 didn't continue to grow.

I did a fresh donor cycle that came out better than expected. Out of 23 eggs, 17 fertilized, 10 blasts and 6 normal. We had severe MF, so they recommended against frozen eggs (you get fewer eggs and sometimes not all thaw, as you've seen) or a shared donor. We also picked a donor that had better than typical results on her prior cycles. I think a single frozen lot may not be the best route if you're trying to get several embryos, so you can have a second or even third, but it's a great option for 1 (and lucky for 2). I wish we'd been able to do it (although with hindsight it seems it could have worked - but I ended up loving the donor, so no regrets).

You can probably google to find pretty good stats.

But it sounds just about right based on fertilization and embryo development stats for younger women using their own eggs.

We are doing shared risk at Shady Grove using Donor Egg bank USA. We received our 6 eggs out of which only 5 thawed out (Is it normal) and 5 fertilized. On the following day only 3 were doing fine. We lost the other two. Any luck that any will make it do day 5 Blastocyst. Our donor has had previous success.

This is our first time so not sure what to expect. Has anyone else done this before, would love to know their stats.
