By the time it is open to the public, the good stuff is gone.

In my experience there was not a lot of children's clothing and nothing that exciting - a bunch of toys and some good deals on random pieces of small toy storage/furniture but the children's section *is not the majority of the sale*. The truly great deals seem gone by the time the sale opens up to the general public on the weekend.

And to answer your question, I did not find the quality to be better than a typical yard sale/consignment sale.

Has anyone attended the Sidewell Next to New Sale? I'm wondering if the items sold are better quality than just your average yard sale. Anyone buy any great finds at the sale? Worthwhile to go? Thanks!
