Anybody know anything about the quality of their lab? I have one PGS normal embryo frozen there and a few others untested. I haven't had the greatest experience so far with coordination, organization, billing, etc. at the clinic overall. I'm just super nervous about the thaw, timing it right with my ERA results, etc. Are there any stats or other ways of gaining confidence in the lab?
