Yes, and the fact that the victim was male. Male sexual assault victims are treated worse than females in the same situation. They’re much less likely to take seriously by police and the courts, and actually by society as a whole. It’s reprehensible.

Women get lighter sentences as sexual predators. There's a female teacher in New York who admitted to giving a 14-year-old blow jobs (yes, plural) and she got probation.
