Weighing demographic characteristics slightly more than geographic proximity, stability of school assignments, and facility utilization, rather than equally as they currently do, will inevitably and naturally lead to lottery-based school assignments and busing kindergartners across the county? You don't say.

+1 The OP of the other thread, and this OP (if they aren't the same person) are both spreading misinformation for the purpose of inflaming public opinion about a option that isn't even being discussed (long distance bussing).
