I like the Metabolic Conditioning classes at Reformation Fitness in Shaw. Next to the Mt. Vernon Square metro.

I'm in an adult gymnastics class (in Rockville, so not your preferred area). It's great fun, makes me feel 30 years younger.

Bar Method! There’s one on H st between Metro Center and Gallery Place. Several other boutique studios on that block as well, but I haven’t tried any of the others.

Definitely Pure Barre. I've tried Orangetheory, hot yoga, solidcore, and UFC (boxing), and always came back to Barre. The new Reform class is awesome!

I have a gym in my building and a daily yoga practice, but I'm looking to expand my fitness options. Looking at barre, rowing, boxing, and adult gymnastics. What are your favorite boutique fitness studios? Bonus points for being accessible to the area between Metro Center and Union Station.
