You can also try italki.com for skype lessons. There are all levels. Often they are teachers in their home country-- and speak native Spanish.

Contact the HS guidance office. They have a list of tutors. Better yet, ask around and find a HS Jr or Sr who has been in Spanish for years (ask the head of world language at your high school). Chances are your MS student will relate better to a HS student, will think the HS student is cool and will work to impress them, and bonus, it will cost you a lot less than an adult tutor.
