A lot of training/fitness centers are popping up in my area and several of my DS’s teammates are joining these places. Supposed to help with speed, agility, strength. I was just wondering what thoughts were about the quality of training, if it’s worthwhile, etc.
My DS isn’t dying to sign up and go, but last year he suffered from nagging overuse injuries at the end of his first (freshman) HS season and I was wondering if this type of training and conditioning in the offseason may help him.
