Moved to Capitol Hill. Scouring the internet for local yoga studios that offer daily Mysore-style Ashtanga. From what I can tell, the closest studios are in Shaw and Logan Circle, both quite a hike from me. Where do you Hill / Hill East / Atlas District Ashtangis practice?
