Perfect age gap relationship. Nephew should hold onto her and propose when she seem open to the idea. Lots will happen between now and them. If they are still together in a few years, they'll probably have a great marriage.

It's odd that there was no mention of what the woman wants and how she feels. Just all about what the nephew wants. Doesn't her opinion matter at ALL?

Is she just starting college? Chances are she’ll decide she wants to have fun living the college life and not “settle down” with an older man. Also, if she’s really that pretty, there’s a good chance that she’ll realize she can do better than him once she’s out in the real world.
They’re both very young and will probably change a lot over the next few years. Dating is fine, but I would encourage him not to consider marriage for at least another 5 years.

Really hard to tell how both of them will end up in four years. IMO, men don't really mature until around 30, so maybe he won't see her in the same light. Obviously, she is very young and has years before she really matures. But who knows, maybe she is mature now?
