Not mine. They've always been super responsive from day 1, not even in active treatment at the moment (done with IVF and waiting to match with a surrogate) and they still respond to my questions quickly, especially my nurse Maureen. She's amazing.

I had a consult there with Dr P and the nurse I was assigned to emailed me to check in shortly after. I've since emailed her a few questions (even though I'm not a patient yet) and she's been responsive. So I'm sorry to hear others haven't experienced the same-

When I was searching clinics I emailed CCRM first and got no reply, then I called and got transferred to a nurse in Colorado???

I've been waiting for them to call me back for over a week! Left two messages. So, ditto here. Not sure what is going on....you'd think they would be a little more responsive.
