I will say again, the posts getting reported are almost always along the lines of "Trannies are mentally ill." There is simply no use trying to have a reasoned discussion with such posters.

No, "lots of people" have opinions that are different than yours. That does not make them "pigs," despite your affinity for name-calling.

There has been lots of respectful discussion about transgender people. There is a mom of a transgender child who posts here and demonstrates incredible patience for both the honestly confused and for those whose attitudes could be described less charitably. The problem is that there are posters who repeatedly post inappropriate and insulting posts. I think the OP is only concerned about those and, certainly, those are the ones I remove.

I am genuinely curious about this as well. For an issue that is fairly new to many people -- an issue people are trying to learn about and understand -- why isn't questioning permitted, maybe even encouraged? Instead, questioning any aspect of transgenderism is shamed and even censored. Labeling people transphobic for asking honest questions hurts the cause.

For the umpteenth time, I don't read every thread, let alone every post. If I don't know about something, I have not "allowed" it. I constantly delete anti-trans posts when I see them. I generally only see them if they are reported. Every post has a "report" button on it. If an anti-trans post has not been deleted, it is because nobody has bothered to report it.
