I eliminated caffeine, I cut way back on alcohol, avoided any type of artificial sweeteners. Nothing helped, but after a few days on Keto I feel a lot better and I'm getting more "regular" I am wondering if it is wheat/gluten related.

Why on earth would you live like that?
I typically go twice a day. Anything less than once and it's miserable. Then again I'm not petrified of a sweet potato.

I think the fat makes your poop just slide right out.
I don't understand why anyone would do this - it's can't possibly be healthy. Eat your fruits, vegetables, and beans.
