So you know OP’s husband must be overweight? My husband is an intense CrossFit junkie who is ripped. Being overweight is not his issue. Snoring like a jet engine was his issue until he had a minor surgery to clear his nasal passages. We’re all sleeping much better now.
Most snoring is weight related. It's a reasonable inference.
