If two teams are local then playing a Friday night is better. This is what is done starting at u16 and they just call it a showcase with one game a day....no finals.

No, no. I'm talking seeds from each group, not how they place after playing the games. So there are 6 teams. They further divide that into two groups of 3. Each team plays the other 2 teams in their group. Once those three teams play, the top team from group A plays the second team from Group B and vice versa.

Anyone else hate the 6 team division in a tournament? Is it always the #2 vs #3 seed in a group first, then #2 vs #1, then #3 vs #1? Being that #2 seed is a HUGE disadvantage, where your second game of the day is against the #1 seed who is totally fresh? I think I'd rather be the #3 seed. Yes, your games are more spread out, but you aren't at the huge disadvantage of playing an extra game than your opponent.
