No. Kids will ask him, "Does your mom care about you vaping?" He'll be like "nah...she's cool with it, she just doesn't want me to do it around young kids".

Both. And continue to do so until they are of legal age - 18. Also show them popcorn lung and how it hits the pocketbook - eg how many hours at minimum wage to support a habit for x amount of time. We tell ours that even though we know they may choose to continue we will continue to check and confiscate if we suspect. We usually check again a few weeks later.

YES, I would confiscate and then keep out a sharp eye for new supplies. If I had to I would cut off the cash and credit cards. A 15 year old vaping? No way would that fly in our house.
