I am a 50+ yrs old DW. I have never exercised in my life but want to start. Somehow the bowflex appeals to me, I was wondering -

a) Where is the best place to buy from that handles the delivery and assembly?

b) Foes bowflex have a video that tells you how to do the workouts?
