I am not OP of that thread, but have been following it and I reported some of the later posts that were off-topic.

My response definitely didn’t coddle the OP, but I think stopped short of calling anyone a racist. Now there’s been a second deletion too as well, not from me, which is what caught my attention.

Is this OP just quick on the report trigger for anything they don’t want to hear? Or the line for controversy in school threads very low relative to other boards?

As I recall, you essentially accused the OP of being a racist. Please try to keep your responses constructive and helpful. Posters post in the school forums to get information, not be insulted.

Sounds like two of us now have had posts deleted for questioning the OP’s belief that his/her small sliver of Del Ray doesn’t really belong in the Jefferson Houston district and his/her precious should be granted a transfer. Can you please clarify?
