I thought the only other possible justice in CC is Kavanaugh ( who is in the village). Neither is Somerset or East CC. Are you trying to stay away from walkability to a metro?

wat
they are all equally "prestigious" guys but you actually just have to be rich to live there.
honestly curious as to how you reached this "understanding" and what it means to you

Chevy Chase Village
Chevy Chase Section Three
Chevy Chase Section Five
Martin's Additions
Do property values drastically differ? Is one considered more of a dump than others?
If you were going to rank them, I think you hit it on the head above, though they are all wonderful.
Chevy Chase Village - see PP above
Chevy Chase Section Three - north of Bradley, east of Conn Ave. Very close to Brookville stores, Columbia and CCC
Chevy Chase Section Five - north of Bradley, west of Conn Ave. Lovely winding streets, closer to Bethesda as you go west. Nice little community center and CC Elementary, plus some Supreme Court justices.
Martin's Additions - east of Brookville Rd and CCV. Closer to the churches on the Circle, wonderful community spirit. My favorite place for Halloween trick-or-treating.

Some neighborhoods are easier walking distance to Friendship Heights metro; some easier walking to Chevy Chase Club; some are farther away from Connecticut Ave; some are closer to the few neat shops/restaurants on Brookeville Rd; some closer to biking trails or parks; some seem like they"re pretty far out and must be getting close to Rockville (as you get near East West Hwy).
