Thanks for the chuckle. This wasn't me, but I'm always getting the movie plot and actors wrong. Only my husband knows what and who I truly mean (which is why I can never leave him).

She's in her mid 30s and lost DH unexpectedly. I never met him so don't feel guilty about approaching her but absolutely do not want to jump the gun.
If and when she's ready and willing I would think she would signal as much, but what is an appropriate amount of time to wait?
