Is this the first time in her life she's had to make her own eating decisions? My kids already know that fruit and yogurt are better than a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, or that a salad is better than a cheeseburger and fries.
My bigger concern is that they don't eat enough. They skip breakfast and grab something quick between classes, sometimes only eating one real meal a day.
Not according to DCUM and its aversion to anything with sugar (even naturally occurring!) and obsession with protein.
