It took a week and there were so so many cool spots to stop, hike, explore, and it was awesome. We also did Sedona/Grand Canyon, which was very cool. Tons of hiking but it does get crowded. I think going to British Columbia would be amazing. We’ve gone to Alaska. No cruise and no Denali because I didn’t want my kids ( 6 and 8) at the time to ride a bus for 8 hours and I didn’t want the crowds. We picked two areas, each about 3 hours from Anchorage. First was the Matanuska Valley
Terrific hiking on a glacier, rafting, etc. and then Seward. Amazing both places. Alaska is so big that you just have to reconcile you will see a tiny sliver of it.
Can you post your itinerary/places you stayed from your Oregon-CA trip?
