Team v Team is intended for smaller clubs who may have a team or two that might benefit by spreading their wings a bit and playing some teams outside the region. These are typically clubs not in CCL or NPL and are very competitive but have no regional league outlet.

The Club V Club are for larger clubs who, for the same reason as above might want some supplemental competition but have a team at each age group to commit. The club to club scheduling is common for leagues like NPL, CCL as well as ECNL and DA. This allows the entire range of age groups from one club the scheduling ease of being at the same location for the scheduled games, thus allowing coaches to coach multiple teams/games with ease.

Also, if you look at the committed clubs there are many local clubs. Also, PA and Delaware are closer than VA Beach.
