Are you going to Shady Grove? I'm not surprised they would say that as they don't really do it. It's what Dominion does a lot of. They are the pioneers in it. I wasn't willing to pump myself full of drugs and at a cost of about 1/4 of regular IVF I decided to try it. It worked on the first time for me. Why not try it? What do you have to lose? It's a very simple procedure and I'd compare it to IUI. You can do it month after month if you need to. You just have to ovulate.

Anonymous wrote:Yes my dr said with my numbers (terrible, AMH .1) and age (over 40), that IUI is equally successful (or NOT successful) as IVF and a lot cheaper. Just a weird mind-shift bc I thought IVF would be the holy grail
