Please. Tell us who exactly is walking into closing a real estate purchase with a suitcase full of cash, rather than a bank check? Once upon a time, I practiced real estate law, and I have literally never seen someone whip out hundred or thousands or millions in cash.

You missed the point. It was Guiliani who said Cohen brought up paying in cash. That’s also what the fake transcript said too. The tape shows it was Trump. The real value of this tape however is that it shows 1)Trump was not surprised about a McDougal payoff and 2)Trump’s state of mind to intend to affect the election by wanting to pay money to keep the story buried.
