Subject: Hotel workout with no gym? Stair climbing?
Plan some body-weight workouts. Squats, lunges, planks, that sort of thing. You can do those in your room with no equipment whatsoever.
Will you have a car? Can you drive or Uber to a nearby park for a walk/run?
Does the hotel have a pool? Swimming can be a really good workout.

Yoga in your room or exercise video with squats etc.

Call up local gyms and get a day pass, or $20 a visit, but it's totally worth it IMO.

I’m staying at a hotel for work and the gym is currently being remodeled. Ugh! It’s basically in the middle of an industrial park with no sidewalks, but I’m planning on downloading a podcast and walking circles around the perimeter of the hotel parking lot. The hotel is 3 stories, so I’m planning on also climbing the stairs for some added cardio and strength training.
What would be a good stair workout, considering I have only 3 floors to work with? I am doing really great at the gym, and I don’t want this week to set me back. Any hotel workout tips would be great!
